How Our Booking & Service Process Works
A transparent, structured, 7-step process from self-booking to completed warranty.
1. Easy 24/7 Scheduling
Visit our website from any device 24/7. Select your required service, submit your equipment details, and select a confirmed arrival window.
2. Upfront Diagnostic Fee
Payment covering technician call-out, full fault diagnosis, labour, VAT, and a free return visit (if parts are required) is processed securely online.
3. On-Site Inspection
Our technician arrives during your selected time slot to inspect the fault. Because our vans carry major stock parts, 90% of repairs finish on the first visit.
4. Transparent Written Quotes
If specialized or out-of-stock parts (like main PCB control boards) are required, our office emails a clear written estimate with no hidden costs.
5. Approval & Parts Order
Upon accepting the quote, pay for parts securely via Stripe on our site. We immediately place orders with authorized Irish & European suppliers.
6. Guaranteed Return Visit
As soon as replacement parts arrive at our office, we contact you to schedule your return installation visit—with zero additional call-out charges.
7. 12-Month Guarantee
Every completed job includes full 12-month warranty protection covering both installed parts and call-back labour for total peace of mind.
