How Our Booking Process Work
1.Easy Online Booking:
Visit our website from Google or any other source. Simply click the “Online Booking” button, select your preferred date and time, and choose the service you need.
2.Secure Payment:
Payment for the service is made at the time of booking. This covers the technician’s call-out, labour, and a return visit if additional parts are necessary.
3.Technician Visit & Fault Investigation:
Our technician will visit your property to assess the issue and let you know what parts, if any, are needed for the repair. If the required parts are available, repairs can be completed on the same day.
4.Special Orders & Estimates:
For uncommon or out-of-stock parts (such as PCB control boards), the technician will inform you that a separate estimate will be sent from our office. You can choose to accept or decline this estimate.
5.Approval & Payment for Parts:
If you accept the estimate, you’ll pay for the parts upfront via Stripe on our website. We’ll confirm your payment by email, place the order with our supplier, and contact you as soon as the parts are in to schedule the return visit.
6.Card Payments Only:
For your security, we accept only card payments—making the process safe, secure, and fully traceable.
7.Aftercare & Warranty:
Once the job is completed, you’ll be covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and receive a free call-back service for labour during this period.
